support our growth and success. Role Overview: As an Estimator at
Freedom Interiors Group, you will play a key role in supporting our
estimating/precon team efforts. Your primary responsibilities will
include in the preparation of detailed and accurate cost estimates
for various commercial projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to
gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of a company
on the rise. Key Responsibilities: Reviewing project plans,
specifications, and scope of work to prepare accurate cost
estimates. Manage communications with clients Prepare detailed
estimates for materials, labor, and other project components.
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain necessary quotes and
information. Read and understand commercial bid documents and
project records and spec's. Help senior estimators with
administrative tasks related to estimating and bidding. Review and
analyze supplier proposals to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.
Utilize electronic take off programs to produce estimates and
takeoffs What We’re Looking For: A passion for the construction
industry, particularly in walls/ceilings, and exterior cladding.
Experience in Commercial Contracting/Estimating Strong analytical
skills with a keen attention to detail Outgoing personality for
sales Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and
familiarity with estimating software is a plus.(Prefer ON Screen
takeoff) Excellent communication and organizational skills. A
proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the
company. Previous experience in estimating and/or related fields is
