thrive. Keeley Construction is looking to hire an Asphalt/Paving
Maintenance Technician for our Paving Group in Charlotte, NC.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES General duties associated with asphalt
paving, patching, or prep crews. Use equipment to perform line
painting, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, power washing,
asphalt maintenance, and more. Required ability to shovel, rake,
and handle other small tools. Equipment cleanup as needed. May be
called upon to run small power tools. Signal operators of
construction equipment to facilitate alignment and movement of
materials. Demonstrate awareness and understanding of OSHA and
Company safety requirements. Maintains consistent and regular
attendance. Maintain schedule/phasing of projects with clients,
team members and subcontractors. Documentation of daily work
throughout the duration of the project. Consistent communication
with the Company team and Company clients. Maintain a safe,
hazard-free job site. Additional tasks as required. EDUCATION
AND/OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS High School Graduate preferred. Minimum 3
years' construction experience. Class CDL preferred. All candidates
