Our client is looking for a strong Project Manager with Commercial and Light Industrial experience in Winston-Salem! This role is for an extremely reputable client with a large presence in the Carolinas, dedicated to safety and client satisfaction. Client Details Our client is a top contractor, not only in the Carolinas, but also the entire country! They are a Top 300 ENR GC that has been building in the Carolinas since the late 1970's. They have won numerous awards for their projects and have developed great relationships with clients and subs in the markets they serve. They build schools, offices, healthcare facilities, and industrial buildings such as warehouses and distribution centers, typically in the range of $10-60M. There has been a significant amount of growth in the Winston-Salem market and they are currently looking to add to their team. Description The Project Manager - Top 300 ENR General Contractor - Winston-Salem will be responsible for: Leading commercial projects from start through completion Managing deadlines and making sure timelines are met Coordinating with necessary project team members Positive client feedback/satisfaction Building relationships with internal/external parties Profile The Project Manager - Top 300 ENR General Contractor - Winston-Salem should have: 5 years of construction Project Manager experience with a general contractor is required Experience on ground-up education, healthcare, and/or commercial construction projects is required Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or relevant degree preferred Applicable Project Management Software experience preferred Developed thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project success Maintains good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with anyone from clients to subcontractors Must be a business-oriented person and act professionally when representing the employer at any level Local to Winston-Salem preferred, though relocators will be considered Job Offer The Project Manager - Top 300 ENR General Contractor - Winston-Salem will receive: Base salary contingent on experience, ranging roughly $90,000-$140,000 Discretionary bonuses Vehicle allowance provided Cell and laptop offered PTO and sick days 401K match Pipeline of projects local to Winston-Salem MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
