This role is pivotal in ensuring the uninterrupted operation of food processing and distribution facilities by performing maintenance and repairs on a wide array of machinery and equipment. Our ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of operational efficiency and safety. Perform routine and emergency maintenance on food processing equipment to ensure minimal downtime. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely and accurate manner. Perform installations, alignments, and calibrations of machinery as required. Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance and minimize operational disruptions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and machine status updates. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry regulations. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings Proficiency in the use of tools and machinery used in maintenance and repair tasks Good communication and teamwork skills Working knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Preferred: Certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance from an accredited institution OSHA safety training certification
