Minimize downtime by conducting diagnostics and repairs with an appropriate sense of urgency Responsibilities: Troubleshooting & problem solving of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and plumbing systems Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Ability to comprehend plans, blueprints, and specifications while recommending changes during the programming phase of a project Perform preventative maintenance on time for production and facility equipment. Use maintenance program software to create, update, and close reactive maintenance work orders. Use maintenance program software to complete preventative maintenance work orders. Requirements: Electrical experience PLC troubleshooting / Controls Mechanical experience Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel) QMS Requirements: CP-603 Productive Maintenance Preflight/Start- Up Checklists You should be proficient in: Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems Maintenance and Repair Skills Industrial Electrical Experience Machines & technologies you'll use: Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Fanuc) Conveyor Systems (Swisslog)
