following job description: This position provides strategic
oversight of the wholesale credit portfolios, ensuring alignment
between credit and sales strategies while maintaining robust risk
management practices. This leader will be responsible for the
maximization of the portfolio composition against a forward-looking
portfolio strategy. This leader will work closely with
Underwriting, Portfolio Management and Origination teams to
evaluate portfolio strategies to promote responsible loan growth
and higher profitability. This position reports to the Head of
First Line Credit Risk & Portfolio Strategy and will partner with
WCD and Second Line Credit Risk to ensure credit portfolio
strategies align with sales and enterprise objectives while
maintaining sound risk practices. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions

time to time. Strategic Partnership & Alignment • Bridge sales
strategy and credit strategy to optimize growth while maintaining
risk appetite. • Collaborate with product and relationship
management teams to define client selection criteria and
underwriting parameters. • Provide guidance to Wholesale Credit
Delivery teams on portfolio strategies. • Deliver insights to
senior leadership on market trends, client behaviors, and portfolio
dynamics. Portfolio Oversight & Risk Governance • Lead end-to-end
oversight of wholesale credit portfolios, ensuring adherence to
enterprise risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage portfolio-level risk metrics, including
concentration limits, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and stress
testing protocols. • Develop and maintain risk measurement
methodologies for wholesale credit, including exposure analysis and
scenario modeling. • Collaborate with risk partners to escalate and
address areas of concern, including concentration and deteriorating
credit quality. • Conduct portfolio reviews and trend analysis to
identify patterns, emerging risks, and growth opportunities. KRI
Support • Partners with the WCD Risk and Regulatory Governance
Leader and 2LOD Credit Risk on setting and adjusting KRI thresholds
• Influences KRIs by assessing business mix — identifying areas
where we may want to expand or scale back activity • Provides the
forward looking, business lens insights that help fine tune risk
appetite Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are

degree in finance, economics, business administration, math, or a
related field. 2. 10 years of experience in credit risk management,
portfolio oversight, credit strategy, or related disciplines. 3.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior
stakeholders. 4. Strong analytical skills with expertise in risk
modeling, KRIs and concentration risk management. Preferred
Qualifications: 1. Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) in
finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. 2.
Professional certifications such as CCRMP, CCRM, CFA, FRM, or PRM.
3. Experience with advanced analytics in credit risk management.
